1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Roof Logix FL, referred to in these rules as “Sponsor.”

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on the first day of each calendar month at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on the last day of that same calendar month at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time, unless otherwise stated by Sponsor. Each monthly giveaway is intended to be a separate promotion with a separate entry period, separate drawing, and separate prize pool.

3. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal Florida residents who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who own a residential property located within the Roof Logix FL service area. Employees, owners, officers, contractors, representatives, agents, and immediate family members of Roof Logix FL are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit the official giveaway page and complete the online entry form during the applicable monthly promotion period.

Limit one entry per person per monthly promotion period. No purchase is required. No roof inspection is required. No estimate, appointment, or service request is required.

5. Prizes

Three prizes will be awarded each month:

1️⃣ First Prize: One free roof soft wash service for one eligible residential property, valued at up to $600. This prize applies to a one-story residential home with roof surfaces up to 2,000 sq. ft. If the winning property has roof surfaces greater than 2,000 sq. ft., or if the home is two stories, the winner may still redeem the prize but will be responsible for paying the difference between the prize value and the total service cost before the service is performed. The roof soft wash prize is subject to property location, roof condition, roof type, roof size, accessibility, safety conditions, weather conditions, and Roof Logix FL service-area limitations.

2️⃣ Second Prize: One $100 Amazon gift card. Approximate Retail Value: $100.

3️⃣ Third Prize: One $50 Amazon gift card. Approximate Retail Value: $50.

The total approximate retail value of the monthly prize pool is up to $750.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly promotion period.

The drawing will take place within approximately 7 business days after the end of each monthly promotion period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, or text message using the contact information provided on the entry form.

A potential winner must respond within 5 business days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

8. Prize Redemption

Service prizes must be scheduled within 60 days of winner confirmation unless otherwise approved by Sponsor.

Service dates are subject to availability, property access, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

Before performing a service prize, Roof Logix FL may inspect or review the property to determine whether the roof is safe, accessible, and eligible for the service. This review is only for service eligibility and does not require the winner to purchase anything.

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that Roof Logix FL may use the winner’s first name, city, prize won, photo, video, testimonial, and likeness for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, unless prohibited by law.

Sponsor may request a separate publicity release before publishing a winner’s full name, image, or video.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to prize acceptance.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, weather, safety concerns, legal restrictions, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the giveaway.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits false information, violates these rules, or acts in an abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive manner.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Roof Logix FL, its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any claim, loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.

13. Privacy

Information submitted through the entry form may be used by Roof Logix FL to administer the giveaway, contact entrants, notify winners, provide information about Roof Logix FL services, and send future communications. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

14. Compliance

This promotion is intended to comply with applicable Florida and federal sweepstakes laws. No purchase is necessary, and purchasing a service from Roof Logix FL will not improve the chances of winning.

If the total announced value of prizes for any promotion exceeds the applicable Florida filing threshold, Sponsor may be required to complete additional filing, bonding, or registration steps before the promotion begins.

15. Winner List

16. Service Area

Available for eligible residential properties within Roof Logix FL’s Florida service area. Service availability may vary by location.
